For the few people that happen across my website because of search engines:
I'm not a professional, just a 60 year old widow, who loves fixing up old
houses.
I keep my files, resource list, forms, contractor list, flier template, phone
numbers, reminder lists etc on this website, so I can get to them, no matter where I am in the
world. These are PRIVATE files, so if you find them and are going to use them, use at your own
risk.

Due to my new resources,
start adding more information to all new folders: parcel numbers, past sales, property taxes and proposed taxes for next
year, assessed and proposed value, some structural information including
building measurements, patio and porch sizes etc. This should help with investment decisions. |
